As with all things Aman in this world it is the allure of luxury that tempts, both in the elegant poolside setting and naturally , the foodstuffs that find their way onto the end of your knife and fork.

Order the Gamberoni Freshwater Prwan here or contend with a revolving specials board featuring such gourmet offerings as a Wild Sumbawa Boar Bolognaise.
